Automatic Number Plate Recognition
We’ve just installed an ANPR system along with new barriers at Monkey Tree Holiday Park in Newquay, Cornwall.
When visitors arrive, they check in at reception where their number plate is added to the Paxton access control system. Then all they have to do is drive up to the barrier where it opens automatically and grants access to the park.
The barriers have boom lights, that show red when they are down. Flashing red during opening, then solid green when the barrier is open and its safe to pass through.
Nice and easy to administer, no tokens, pins or cards to give out. Very secure. User friendly for the guests. Simples.
