Hinge gaps are a particularly dangerous element with automated gates.

We could always protect them with a safety edge, but if we can design the danger out, this is a much better solution to the problem.

We have our own bespoke, stainless steel hinge design for timber gates. This design, along with the curved rear corner of the gate, works a treat!

As you can see from the enclosed video, the gap remains constant throughout the whole range of motion.
